Ticketing Terms and Conditions

Booking Validity

All bookings (including airfares, hotels, car rentals), and any requests for changes, cancellations, or reissues are valid at the time they are provided. If payment or confirmation is not received on time, availability and prices may change. The agency is not responsible for any loss or fare increases due to late payment or confirmation.

Scheduled Airlines & Conditions of Carriage

All travel arrangements that include flights are based on scheduled IATA airlines and are subject to each airline’s Conditions of Carriage. Copies of these conditions are available upon written request.

Ticket Accuracy- Name & Travel Date

Passengers are responsible for verifying that the spelling of their name, travel dates, and all ticket details are correct immediately upon receiving the ticket. Any errors must be reported to the agency on the same day. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or loss of travel rights.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Tickets

Unless otherwise stated, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes to names are not permitted once a ticket has been issued.

Passenger Documentation

It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid passports, visas, health certificates) are obtained and comply with the entry and exit requirements of the destination(s). The agency holds no liability for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Passengers with Multiple Passports / Name Discrepancies

If a passenger holds two passports with different names, we strongly advise presenting either a Deed Poll or a letter from the relevant embassy confirming both identities refer to the same individual.

If no such document is provided, the agency may:

  • Issue two one-way tickets under each name, or

  • Issue a single ticket containing both names, entirely at the passenger’s own risk.

Visa-Related Ticket Requirements

Passengers traveling with a visa must ensure they have either a one-way or return ticket, as required by the immigration rules of their destination. It is solely the passenger’s responsibility to comply with these regulations. The agency is not responsible for denied entry or boarding due to incorrect ticket types.

Flight Confirmation

Passengers must reconfirm all return and onward flights at least 48 hours before departure. Airlines may change schedules, and the agency cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to failure to reconfirm.

Check-In Time

Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in denied boarding, for which no refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and change fees vary based on the airline and fare type.

  • These fees will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

  • Some services and promotional fares may be completely non-refundable and non-changeable once issued.

  • If a flight is cancelled by the airline, passengers may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on airline policies.

  • A £30 service fee per ticket will be deducted from any refundable amount processed through the agency.

Service Fees

The agency may charge service fees for booking, reissuing, cancelling, or providing support for tickets. These service fees are non-refundable and are separate from any charges applied by airlines or service providers.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all passengers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.

Agency Liability Disclaimer

The agency acts solely as an intermediary between passengers and third-party travel service providers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or failures in service by airlines, hotels, or other third parties.

Consent and Acknowledgment

By confirming a booking or accepting a ticket issued through our agency, the passenger confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
